when are your flowers available?
Our season typically begins in April and extends into late September. June is our slow month for flowers, so there is very limited availability.
Roadside- look for the roadside stand located at 11926 Willow Avenue in Grant, MI & 6127 Oak Avenue in Newaygo, MI. We offer premade ready to go bouquets that are wrapped and in mason jars. We are open every day from 9:30am-dusk.
Festivals- find our flower truck at a festival nearest you! We will post where we will be on our social media pages.
Delivered- You need a bouquet for a special someone, family member, friend, etc.? Within notice, Heart and Blooms will do what we can to accommodate your floral delivery needs ASAP.
Do you offer event florals?
We do offer small event florals. Please contact us for more information!

Can I book photography sessions on the farm?
We do allow photographers to shoot on our farm for $50. Please reach out to us for more details.
What Forms Of Payment do you accept?
Cash, Venmo (@Emily-Denhof), Check (made out to 'Emily Denhof')
Do you offer u-picks?
Yes! You can find our u-pick schedule here and secure your tickets!
Do you work with florists and designers?
We do! If you'd like to get your hands on our flowers for an upcoming event, please contact us and we will get you set up.
